Admit it, you have had posture. You also know you need to improve your posture. And yet you slouch at home, slouch while you drive and slouch at work. Since convincing you that slouching is bad and you still won't improve your posture, let's show you how you can feel better even with poor posture. This video shows easy to do stretches with a doorway that can help relieve stiffness and pain that can occur from poor posture. Try them out and remember to sit up right with good posture!
