Hip Position for Lower Back

You feel it each time you bend over or stand up. It's that groan-inspiring ache that shoots through your lower back and never seems to fully go away. Doing exercises to strengthen the lower back can help alleviate and prevent lower back pain. It can also strengthen the core, leg, and arm muscles.

One of the most common exercises to stretch your lower back is doing bent-over exercises. Here are some tips for saving our lower backs while doing bent-over exercises.
