Thoracic Stack

by Jeffrey McCarrell on May 29, 2019

Taking better care of our mid-back ( Thoracic region) is generally made less of a priority than our lower back and neck

While treating our lower back and neck we can add some simple movements to incorporate an added mobility improvement for our mid back

Seeing as how our mid-back is most adversely affected by poor posture, sitting in a chair, working on computer, driving, etc)

Add these mobility movements to loosen up and increase the quality of life.
