Tips & Tricks To Flowing Back Into A Health Routine

If you or a loved one has suffered from a disorderly circumstance called Life, then this applies to you!

If you are striving to achieve a set goal, whether it's for health, aesthetic or social reasons, then rest assured, you are not the only one that has experienced setbacks, self-caused or not. Here are some bite-sized suggestions to help navigate any mental hurdles that life may hurl at us (even if Mercury is in retrograde lol). So, if you're struggling to get back into the gym, or start a new hobby such as Dancing or reading, this should do the trick.

  • Allow Yourself to make mistakes while you find your footing!
    • Ditch the "All or Nothing" mindset. One mistake wont define your final result. What you do afterwards, does.
  • Create your Playlist
    • Feel good while getting into your zone!
  • Involve others!
    • Accountability partners aren't there just for you to show off results, use people to hold you accountable & focused!
  • Gym partners are a treasure that rise in value over time.
    • Be Grateful for this current stage of your growth
  • Minimize Social Media
    • STOP comparing yourSELF to Others
  • Use your phone as a tool & download habit building apps
    • Ex. Fabulous is a great app for building just about any health habit to achieve a specific goal
  • Prepare Food, Clothes, & your "BIG To-do's" the night before to reduce confusion & aimless wandering throughout the day.
  • Smile!!!
    • Whether its forced or not, a real smile stays close by, and they're so contagious!
  • Just BREATHE
    • Everything is working in your favour, whether you can see it or not- so bring some oxygen back into your brain.
    • Imagine in DETAIL the feeling of having accomplished that ONE goal for 3 seconds.
  • 3, 2, 1, GET UP!
    • Stop your overanalyzing DEAD in its tracks and just GO FOR IT!
  • Raise your standards & Trust your Intuition.
    • You know what you're capable of, and it's exactly EVERYTHING you dream of.
  • Create a Time In a space, Only for you.
    • To think & not think
  • Celebrate the small victories
    • Trust that these add up more than you imagine.
  • Be Kind to YourSELF
    • Speak firmly yet, kindly to yourself
    • Laugh & Enjoy your own company
