Workout Wednesday Heel Hamstring

We all get sore from working out, our hamstrings especially. After a leg day we feel the intensity of that workout. We have been using this stack of mobility movements to ease that muscle soreness and increase our flexibility. Add them to your workouts after leg day to increase your blood flow, decrease muscle soreness as well as increase your flexibility and performance.

Spencer Aiken, CSCS is a Fitness Educator and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, National Strength and Conditioning Association.
